Should you want to put your own stamp on a bespoke property, you can purchase a plot and have your home built to your own specification. Building plots are located at Rotonda Sands, Rotonda Heights, Rotonda Meadows, Rotonda Lakes and Rotonda Villas and are available at stunningly attractive prices – from as little as £6,377.00 for a spacious 7,500 ft2 lot. All lots come with planning permission, utilities (sewerage, water and electricity) are already in situ and the road infrastructure has already been completed. Many plots overlook the idyllic lakes or freshwater canal system; others are in close proximity to the many golf courses in the vicinity. There is nothing left for you to do other than to arrange insurance upon completion of your purchase and, again, your realtor should be able to help by pointing you in the right direction for cheap house insurance.
Should you wish to explore the local area, or drive between viewings and your hotel while visiting the development, hiring a car would be the ideal way to get around the area, especially if time is limited.
Local Information
Amenities are plentiful in the area, which oozes Old Florida charm and friendliness. Interstate 75 is a short drive away, taking you to Hollywood, Miami and Fort Lauderdale in one direction or, travelling north, through Atlanta, Chattanooga and Cincinnati all the way to the Canadian border.
